Can you guarantee my visa?
No honest consultant can. Visa decisions are made only by the embassy or immigration authority. What we guarantee is a complete, accurate and well-presented file, and honest advice about your chances before you spend money on fees.
How long does a visa take?
It depends on the country, visa type and season. Some tourist visas come back in days; student, work and PR files can take weeks or months. We share the current official processing times for your country during the consultation.
Which documents will I need?
Every profile is different. After a short consultation we give you a personalised checklist — our visa pages list the common documents so you can start collecting them early.
My visa was refused earlier. Can I still apply?
Usually, yes. A refusal is not a ban in most cases. We study the refusal letter, fix the weak points in your profile and re-file only when the new application is genuinely stronger.
Do I have to visit your office?
Not necessarily. We can work over phone, WhatsApp and email. You are always welcome at our Mohali office, and biometrics or interviews at VFS / embassy must be attended in person.
Is the first consultation free?
Yes. Your first consultation is free and without obligation. We explain our service fee clearly before you decide to go ahead — no hidden charges.
Do you help with tickets and travel insurance?
Yes. Once your visa is approved we can book flights, arrange travel/medical insurance and hotel reservations so you are fully ready to travel.
Is my personal information safe?
Yes. Your documents are used only to prepare your application. We never publish a client's visa in our gallery without written consent, and personal details are always hidden.
Do you handle countries not listed on the website?
Very likely. The countries on our site are the most requested ones. Send us your destination and purpose, and we will tell you straight away if we can help.
