Our role
New Bridge Travels is a private visa and travel assistance service. We help you understand requirements, prepare documents, fill applications and book appointments. We are not affiliated with, and do not represent, any embassy, consulate, high commission or government department.
No guarantee of approval
Every visa decision is made solely by the relevant government authority. While we work to present your application as completely and accurately as possible, we cannot and do not guarantee that any visa will be approved, or how long processing will take.
Your responsibilities
- All information and documents you give us must be true, complete and genuine. Submitting false documents is a serious offence and can lead to refusal and long-term bans.
- You are responsible for attending biometrics, medicals and interviews where required.
- Please check that your passport is valid and that names and dates match across all documents.
Fees
Our service fee is agreed with you before work begins. Government visa fees, VFS / application-centre charges, courier, insurance and ticket costs are separate and charged at actuals. Government and third-party fees are set by those bodies and are usually non-refundable regardless of the outcome.
